Expo Logic, a leader in technology and registration solutions for events around the world, is pleased to announce the addition of two top talents to its arsenal of sales and client service experts. Reporting to Vice President, Dave Bradfield, as the new Director of Client Services, Cindy Lemaster brings more than 30 years of high-level relationship management expertise to Expo Logic’s growing team. Cindy Petsche, who has extensive experience working with associations and technology, has been appointed as a Sales Executive and will report to President, Jeff Cooper.
“As one of the country’s fastest growing companies, we know our success is truly based on the quality of people we hire and the quality of service we provide,” said Cooper. “In Cindy Lemaster, we have acquired a new caliber of talent that will help us bring our already-noteworthy client services to the next level of excellence.”
“Cindy Petsche,” Cooper said, “brings an enormous amount of knowledge about the inner-workings of associations and about technology solutions, which is incredibly valuable to us as we strive to understand and best meet our customers’ diverse needs.”
“We are exceedingly proud to have both Cindy Lemaster and Cindy Petsche representing Expo Logic,” Cooper added.
Lemaster comes to Expo Logic from Bancroft where she served as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. Prior to that, Lemaster held many client facing positions with several locally headquartered banks where she was entrusted with managing some of the prestigious financial institutions’ most elite client relationships while consistently exceeding financial and other goals.
With Expo Logic, Lemaster plans to “promote a culture of continuous improvement with a laser focus on exceeding customer expectations, increasing profitability through efficiencies, and establishing a culture of employee engagement.” In short, Lemaster said she wants to, “Take care of our customers, take care of people, and always be doing things better.”
Petsche spent the first six years of her career working with two different associations in membership and corporate development. She believes that experience has given her “an inside look at how associations make decisions.” From there, she made the shift to selling technology solutions to associations where she has built a decade’s worth of applicable experience and a large network of relationships. She hopes to help Expo Logic “get to the next level and grow revenue” while “increasing Expo Logic’s presence in the association space.”
