DOWNLOAD TRACKPOD®

Go to www.expologic.com/bod/trackpod or www.expologic.com/trackpod to install the TrackPod® app.

Once installed, you must approve the use of the Enterprise app.

1. Launch Settings from your Home Screen

2. Tap on General

3. Tap on Profiles & Device Management

4. Tap the Name of the Distributer (Worldwide Registration) under the Enterprise App section

5. Tap to Trust and then tap again to confirm

TO Begin using the app:

 

Open the App and ENTER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD Then CLICK "SIGN IN"

SELECT YOUR EVENT FROM THE LIST

SELECT THE SPECIFIC SESSION THAT YOU WANT TO SCAN ATTENDEES INTO

TAP The "In" and "Out" buttons to scan attendees in and out of the session

Note: A best practice for using TrackPod is to have 1 device per 50 attendees. If a session has 150 people, we suggest 3 TrackPods at the door. For high-volume scanning, such as for entry to a dining room for meals, the laser scanning option is recommended (though an iPhone 6 using camera-based scanning will work as well).

VIEW REAL TIME ATTENDEE COUNTS, AND TRACK HOW LONG ATTENDEES STAY IN EACH SESSION
